Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or if the product is defective, please reach out to our support team immediately. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or defective items. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective product, follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, if possible.
5. Ship the product back to us using the provided shipping label or instructions.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by IntuGreen.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used organic products.
• Perishable goods that have been consumed or partially used.
